Well - nothing. Where can i add informations about the source for my change? A mod commented my change request for a locked item and pasted the source here - i thought that might be a good idea - but now it seems that i was wrong? ( https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/5842-versus/discuss/5b3d459b0e0a26167c001bee )

No need to be sorry I think the moderator only posted the source for the decision he/she made it's nothing that you have to do if you change something, just be sure that you have a good trusted source for your edits

You do not have to provide a source for unlocked content you edit. But feel free to explain the change and provide the source if you think other contributors might disagree/be confused. Just maybe close the Discussion to make it clear that you do not need our help.
(Though, if I were you, I would ask mods to lock the correct German title.
)
