ITV 1 in the UK is the distributor. This has extensively aired in the US, in a 1-hour time slot, on PBS television stations. It's definitely not a movie. (PS: Also IMDb categorizes it as a t.v. production.)

It's a TV movie / special.
The TV section is only for series with more than one episode.
