OK so I have read the posts in the link but it does not make sense; As I understand it season 22 episodes 5 and 6 were broadcast by ITV on 8th Jan 2023 and 15th Jan 2023 respectively. Just because they are not on ITVX but that doesn't mean they haven't been broadcast by ITV.
Also, if only episodes listed on here are those broadcast by ITV why are episodes from season 23 showing when they have definitely not been broadcast by ITV yet?

As of today, these episodes have not yet been broadcasted on ITV.
They were effectively originally planned to be broadcasted on January 8 and 15, but they have been removed from the schedule as indicated here.
This is confirmed by the official ITV schedule for these dates :

Ok so that explains season 22 but it still doesn't explain why 4 episodes of season 23 are on this site when they have not been broadcast by ITV, it's inconsistent 😂

The main difference between these 2 episodes and the ones from the future season 23 is that at the time of their first broadcast on Acorn TV and/or Amazon 2 years ago, they weren't presented as season 22.
The current episodes listed in season 23 were directly announced as being part of that season. They are currently listed without date as the date to put there will be the ITV date.
