Extra Details: I'm just wondering if it isn't time to move the two episodes of Midsomer Murders ("For Death Prepare" and "The Witches of Angel's Rise") from Specials to Season 22, where they belong. Maybe it's time to revisit/revise the policy that episodes have to be in Specials until they are aired on their "official" home/ originating network. There is a major shift underway in the television industry. The lines are blurring between networks and streaming services. Both are shopping their wares to others to better monetize them or create tax write-offs or whatever. Acorn TV has become the real originating network for Midsomer Murders. Episodes are always aired there first now, and there is no telling when or if they will be aired on ITV. Does it really make sense to keep such episodes in Specials limbo? Season 23 is listed as it should be, and I don't think it has aired on ITV either. Please don't move all the episodes to Specials because I said that!
What about a show like Snowpiercer? TNT has decided that season 4, which is apparently already finished, will not air on TNT. If the show ends up somewhere else, will season 4 episodes need to be in Specials forever because they never air on TNT?
I know managing and maintaining order in something as complex as TMDb is very difficult, but I do think it's time to reconsider this policy. It seems to me not to be constructive or helpful to stuff such episodes in the Specials category.

As indicated in the previous report, these episodes will be moved to the appropriate season if and when ITV broadcast them. In the meantime, their place is in the specials season.
If TNT has officially announced that it will not anymore broadcast the series, a new origin network will be determined for the next season. This has already happened many times and is unrelated to the case here. ITV is still the broadcaster of Midsomer Murders.
