It's not clear that the second set of ten episodes (Part 2) is a separate season - reporting on Disenchanted's renewal describes its seasons as being multi-part : "The streamer has ordered another 20 episodes of the series, which will be rolled out in two installments like Season 1. The first batch of episodes debuted back in August, with the second part of the first season to premiere in 2019"

It's Part 1 and Part 2 of Season 1 according to Netflix "The first installment of the series premiered in August of 2018. New episodes of season one will premiere in 2019."
