I knew he'd have some sexual tension with Burbage's daughter. I like the Iambic Pentameter "Rap Battle". It would be hard to keep that level of writing though. Better than nothing.

Yes, the word battle was good, but just about the only thing I liked about this show. I must not be understanding something here. I thought this would be a historical show. I am not crazy about the colored hair and modern music. This IS supposed to be a historical piece, right?

Who says that poor people didn't color their hair? Most of the historical views come from the rich, so who says poor people didn't act that way?

BLUE colored hair? Um, I doubt it. At any rate, it just isn't seeming to be something I'm interested in. If you like it, cool. But it's just not for me. I'm not enjoying the show and it's more than just the costumes and hair, though that is a big factor of what I'm not liking. Not to mention the Steampunk leather and spiked clothes. Again, not historically accurate. Again, it's just not for me.
And no, most historical views don't come from the rich, they come from Archaeological excavations which study ALL aspects of ancient life be it rich or poor. It all simply depends upon what has managed to have been preserved through time.
