The series do contain 15 episodes.
IMDB only list 14 of them.
YLE correctly lists all 15.
The missing one from IMDB (and TMDB) list is S01E02: Toinen toisemme ja poliisi

So the TMDB and IMDB episode listing have wrong numbering for episode 2 onwards.
The reason is explained on YLE:
"The first part was shown as a long version in 1982. In 1985 it was cut into two parts."
