The "director" field

Just curious as to why the "director" field keeps getting deleted? As far as I know, Vallée directed all eight episodes so it makes sense to me for him to be listed as the director. Just looking for some clarity on this!

He's already credited for every episode on an episodic level: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/70453-sharp-objects/season/1/episode/1 So it's unnecessary (and unwanted) duplicate data.

Ah, okay, thank you! But this means it doesn't register on Letterboxd that he's the director, is there anything that can be done about that?
