Loved the show but [ending spoilers]

Marty was waaaay too calm when his toenails were getting ripped off! Like that would have to be off the charts in levels of pain! He's pretty much "owy owy owy... fuck you!" LOL.
Still loved the show but that was a little bit weird

I sure would have been. I'll chalk it up to pure adrenaline. Plus when you think you're about to get a bullet in the brain, a torn off toe-nail or two doesn't seem so bad. When I saw the enforcer head for Marty's feet my first thought was they're going to start clipping off toes. So, in my mind, he got off easy.
I know it was born of necessity, but I was thinking how remarkable calm he was with the man who was about to kill him. When Marty was brokering that brilliant plan between the Snells and Del Rio all I could think of was, man, I'd have been a like a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs. Marty's must be made of brass.
