I hope they are able to get John Lithgow to return for season 2. He was my favorite part of season 1. I believe the show is supposed to feature a new story line next season, so whether he returns as a new character or Larry I would be very happy to see him back.

It's already been stated that he will not be returning. I have to wonder how his absence will affect the ratings.

That's disappointing. Like I said he was my favorite part of the show. I hope he maybe changes his mind and comes back at least for a guest appearance.

Looks like he may return for some episodes in season 2 after all. Really looking forward to seeing him again.
