How is that different from the 1890's??? Heck in the 1890's you could buy guns through the mail! They had the exact same line in the movie and I thought it was dumb then and I thought it was dumb last night.

I believe that the incredulity was due to the fact that Holmes is from England, and unlike the good old USA, you can't (and couldn't) buy a gun so easily.

LOL, are you posting on multiple boards too? Which do you find the most promising or populate so far? PreviouslyTV, MovieChat.org, this one, etc.?

Yes. So far themoviedb.org has been the best for individual movies and tv shows. imdb2.freeforums.net has been the best for general movie/tv and genre discussions. There are some others I have not looked into yet.

I find moviechat.org most like IMDb in their message boards. They even have a lot of the previous IMDb threads copied over. Check it out (http://forums.previously.tv/ is pretty big too).
