The episodes are in the original airing order. Please check Wikipedia again.
If you would rather have the episodes in the production order, you can use an episode group.

I watched Milo Murphy's Law when it first aired, and The Undergrounders aired along with Going the Extra Milo.

Maybe you didn't catch the very first airing or are misremembering what happened a few years ago? You can find plenty of reviews confirming that "Going the Extra Milo" and "Sunny Side Up" were originally paired together.

No, I did watched the very first airing, and I'm not misremembering anything. Plus, you can go on any websites that have to pay to watch them, YouTube, and even the Milo Murphy's Law wikia. They all say it. Why, did you watch it when it aired?

The order is frequently different from the original order. It appears to be the case here.
Well, they have the same data we do. So does old TV guides, fan/professional reviews, Wikipedia, IMDb, etc. The original pairing is also confirmed by a bunch of fans and official accounts who live tweeted the episode on October 3rd.
