OK, I spent some time checking and couldn't see a topic for this episode - so I started one.
Not my favourite episode as it was a "courtroom drama" for the main part, though at least we got some Grudge. Though talking about Grudge, if s/he is sentient as some think, doesn't that make what Book and Burnham got up to dogging?
Favourite bit: The crew's show of solidarity for Tilly.

Sorry for the late reply. Work has been hell, leading to exhaustion at home. Slightly better this week.
Re Tilly: I don't think she has it in her to be scheming like that; she was just doing what she thought was right, and the promotion was clearly approved of by the crew.
Can they access the Sphere data? I can't remember. I also can't remember how it's now not damaging the Mycelial Network to use the Spore Drive.
Re Grudge/Adira: Surely an Ep 8 topic?

Unification III is the best episode of S3 and probably the reason why some of you shouldn't be watching DSC. You miss 80% of what is presented to you. In this episode we see 'coming back together' Burnham and her mom; the various Vulcan factions; the Vulcans and Romulans; Saru's attempt to unify his crew by selecting Tilly and yes, the diplomacy displayed by MB. It reminded me of the finest work of Picard, persuasion by capitulation! There is also the more important unification of the different Star Trek series. Picard's Romulan secret nuns; Spock's message to Picard; Spock's efforts to unify Vulcan and Romulans and other things give the episode the distinct feeling of putting all of Trek together again. It also give us a blueprint for solving our own disagreements in present day Earth.
