Morally he did nothing wrong, but he did go against the FBI by conspiring (for whatever reason) with a terrorist and not informing his superiors of what was going on. he could never have stayed in his position because they couldn't trust him to not do something like that again (like maybe wit his wife). I hated the fact that they ultimately killed the boy.
