The episodes were already listed in the correct order. The only problem was that the double length episodes were wrongly split in 2 parts, which is now fixed.

Thanks so much for your fix. One Last thing on second season:
Maybe there are to invert s02e19 "Prague" and s02e20 "Florence" ? I mean, maybe is correct s02e19 "Florence" and s02e20 "Prague"

I will have to double check the dates currently listed for the episodes 19 to 22, as Wikipedia say they weren't broadcasted.
If this was really the case, we will have to move them to the specials season.
I will check this later today. I don't have time to do this now.

This is confirmed that these episodes weren't broadcasted on ABC during the initial run of the series. Consequently, these episodes have been moved to the specials season.
