According to the Crave website, this is S11E7 so the one in the Specials season is the duplicate.

the streaming sites do this with all of the specials, tagging them along to the end of the previous season. i don't think this should be part of season 11.

Crave appears to not do this. None of the special episodes are currently listed on the main show's page.
