Go right to two. Who in there right mind mind would want to live in the home their parents got murdered in. I guess the banks in Canada don't foreclose on a house that's been abandoned for 30 years. Small towns in Canada do tear down murder houses that a family died and a baby ripped from the dead mother's womb.

They don't foreclose if there is no mortgage to foreclose on, or there are tenants living there
