Pretty decent episode. Some of the stuff with the sniper was ham fisted but at least there was some action.

Agreed. It was okay. As I feared, though, each episode is becoming slightly over the top and too far fetched.

I don't mind it being far fetched as long as it's clever.. It does get a little confusing at times, jumping back and forth between the good guys and the bad guys.

Glad Im not the only one!!
It's like they are adding twists just to add twists. I need it to flow better. Unfortunately that is a big reason why I don't watch many Shonda Rymes shows. The plot always seems to get unnecessarily complicated at some point.
Perhaps I need to go back to season one, but I thought Rhys was the bad guy (I remember he murdered the woman he was sleeping with)
I do think the casting of Alice's brother is very good. They look related.
