Does each of the rings contain an amok?
Are Adrien and Félix controlled by these amoks?
Is Adrien (aka Cat Noir) a Sentimonster?
In the episode "Risk (The last attack of Shadow Moth, Part-1)" Gabriel (aka Hawk Moth, aka Shadow Moth) gives the ring that he is wearing to his assistant Nathalie (aka Mayura).
Is Félix a Sentimonster?
Félix steals the other ring from Gabriel for his mother Amelie in the episode "Félix". She lets him keep it.
Marinette (aka Ladybug) will be devastated when she finds out the truth.

Yes, that's a possibility. In some episodes when Gabriel touches his ring it seems to affect Adrien.
** SPOILER **
In S4E25 "Risk (Shadow Moth's Final Attack - Part 1)" Gabriel gave Nathalie the ring and she used it to control Félix - or it might have been an act as he was pretending to be Adrien.
