Zoé Lee (aka Vesperia) is a sweet American teenager who arrives in France to stay with her mother Audrey, director of the fashion magazine "Style Queen", and her stepfather André Bourgeois, the mayor of Paris. Chloé is her half-sister.

The first friend she makes is Marinette Dupain-Cheng (aka Ladybug), when she bumps into her at "Tom & Sabine Boulangerie Patisserie".

Despite being bullied by the selfish and narcistic Chloé, she decides to not be like her and show her true self.

She aspires to be an actress and in the episode "Queen Banana (S4E07)" she stars in a student film directed by Thomas Astruc.

Ladybug lends her the Bee Miraculous, so that she can transform into the superheroine Vesperia and help fight Shadow Moth (fka Hawk Moth) and his akumatized villains.

In the English dubbed version she is voiced by Deneen Melody.
