In ep of TZ (The Monsters are due on Maple St) there is an ice cream man in one shot. Then he is suddenly gone. This scene looks like it was really made just to positively show how much of a slice of Americana this ep is.

In an ep of Bonanza (no title necessary) Ben rides into a town with Little Joe , Hoss and Candy. They are bringing horses to auction off. Little Joe and Candy both ask to be able head back to Virginia City/Ponderosa and Ben says ok. However, Hoss's disappearance from the rest of the ep is not explained. Just a little more about this ep itself--Ben meets an old female friend of his who now runs a newspaper in this ep guest starring the very talented Simon Oakland and the powerfully comely Phyllis Thaxter.
