For some reason I seem to watch this episode often. I have a love/hate relationship with it. The main thing that drives me nuts about Jess-Belle is the way it's written. I know it's placed in the South, but these lines: Elwynn: "Oh Billy-Ben, I'm proud enough to cry!" "I love you with all my enduring spirit!" WTF?
