What's the correct structure for seasons of this show? The Best bits should be in seasons? Sometimes Christmas specials are in their respective season, some are in specials. How to move episodes?

The season structure should follow how the original network Channel 4 lists them. As you can see on that list, the Christmas specials do not have a series number associated with them, so they should be in the specials.

...but then "Best Bits 1" and "Best Bits 2" needs to be moved to "Specials," because Channel 4 does not list these two under s20e__ as per the link you've posted.
