Not really.... Wendy shorted a shitload but I have a feeling that might bite him back in the ass actually. He has no idea she shorter the stock either.

You got it. Since they're still married, this would put them both in jeopardy in any investigation. She acted on her husbands information and made millions in the process. He can't/won't prosecute.

What we don't know yet, is WHY Wendy made the buy on her own. It seemed very spontaneous and I assumed it was just an FU to Chuck who wouldn't listen to her.
