Yeah, they ought to have more pride in their own network, their product, and more consideration for their fans than this. They need not bring everything to an absolute ending where the show could not be picked up and continued again later on, but they shouldn't leave things up in the air like they did by canceling it cold turkey like that.
Now I am watching it over and over on Netlfix. This is one of the few shows I can watch over and over again without getting burnt out on it. I don't know exactly what it is about this show, but it holds up well, in my opinion.

At some point, some unstable nutjob is going to go postal when his favorite show is unceremoniously canceled, and go after the execs or something.

I think the fans should begin to petition Netflix to pick up this show. Somebody ought to pick it up. It's too good of a show to just cancel.

I am watching the series over again on Netflix. Damn I miss this show, even though in the third season they made that black oil alien thing the major plot line. I am really tired of the black oil alien thing; everybody is doing it. X-files started it, or at least that is the first time I saw it.

Anyway I am enjoying the show over again. I even love the theme music, the short bit they played in the first part of the show. It sucks that they canceled the show. I want them to bring it back, or for another network to buy it and give us at least another season.
