Tough choice. I would have said the android but the ladies cleaned up great at season 2's end. Truth is that they are all sexy. I'm going to have to go with Cpt Two.

I like 2 also. It is more than her looks and her body. Her attitude about sex knocked my socks off. Yeah I wanted her.

Portia/Two might be the most physically attractive but I find the android to be more witty, interesting and adorable. And given her "human" upgrade she has a bit more range in attitudes and complexity beyond looking annoyed all the time like Portia.
I also liked Nyx quite a bit. Too bad she croaked.
