So why the mask? (Spoilers welcomed)

So I haven't read the books so I'm just here to get spoiled. Why the Queen wear the mask? The actress, beautiful, so I'm thinking.....3rd eye? Burn scars? Or maybe something surprising as intoxicating beauty that puts people under a spell?

I've not read the books either but I'm guessing horrific scars, she talked of her city getting attacked by the Beast Forever years ago when she was a child. But I did hear each mask she wears changes her personality, not that I've noticed. LOL

the queen was a robot so she wore a mask because she did not like her human face, The King knew she was a robot so he allowed her to wear those mask and since she was a bot, she did not age so wearing a mask hid her true identity.

Did she really say, that she didn´t liked her human face? I thought it was just to hide her "not aging"?

I think she was worried that people will judge her for not being pretty even though she was, you know, hot people always think they are not hot and that people will judge them for not being hot, remember she was a spoilt princess who thought a bit too much of herself :)
