How can Danny get kicked off the board when he is the majority shareholder?

He would be capable of calling a vote, and reappoint himself to the board.

I had the same question. I would imaging the Meachum siblings would also have significant stock holdings. How can the board oust the majority shareholders? Also if all three of them decided to sell all of their Rand stocks and cash out at the same time, wouldn't the companies market value plummet?
