Extra Details: "Double Crossed Part 1 (2)" is not a real episode. It should be renamed to "Double Crossed Part 2" (Ep11) and change EP12 name to "Double Crossed Part 3"

As far as I can tell, the first part was indeed released as one double episode. I removed "Double Crossed Part 1 (2)" and fixed the episode numbers for the rest of the season.
p.s. We only need one report with all the info. You don't have to report all the episodes individually. And, in this case, you bumping this old unanswered report was enough.
