I'm watching Happily Ever After, and I was the only one posted on that thread.
Jonnie and Black, you two seem to watch the same damn shows that I do and follow the same people!
With that said, I do miss IMDB. I wonder where all of the people went. I do SUSPECT an IMDB troll was suspended on this site. I read some of his posts and they were quite familiar. I clicked on his avatar, and he's been suspended for over a month.

DanMo is just getting sad, watching her debase herself to that degree on National TV. Probably the biggest train wreck I've seen.
I don't think any of them except Loren and Alexei have much chance at long term success.

No, I don't see long term success for them. Alexi is too rigid, and it's exactly what Loren gets. Her whining was horrible her first season on the show for Alexi. I had to FF'd her scenes, because it was too much. Overall, I think they are good people but not good for each other. Alexi needs to go back home and be with his family.

Even though I think everything Mo says about her is true, doesn't mean he is not a dirtbag user who needs to be sent on the next flight back to Tunisia.

Who knows? Do you remember that one date she had on the show? He was too cute for Danielle and too young. Now, she says she has another man. She said it on the show to the camera.

Lol, I forgot about this site for a minute. First, let me say that I only watch the Jorge/Anfisa & Danielle/Mo segments. The others are boring to me. I like the trainwrecks.
Jorge/Anfisa--I feel no sympathy for Jorge. Anfisa is a superficial gold digger but she told him that straight up. If you lie to a girl and tell her you have millions and you'll buy her anything, don't play dumb when she holds you to those promises. He wants people to say "Oh, poor Jorge." and see him as this good guy when he's not. He's a liar who would say anything just to have this thing he considers hot on his arm. He's getting just what he deserves. And I didn't forget all that trash he was talking about American women meanwhile he's with a foreign woman who's beating his ass. Stupid. She needs to stop hitting him though.
Danielle/Mo--Mo totally used her, no surprise there but I really can't stand Danielle. She's no victim either. She knew just what she was doing when she brought this young "hot" (he's not hot to me) guy over and expected him to be dependent and loyal to her so he would stay. It didn't work out. You got played. Let it go. If they're not together why is she still worried about what he's going with other girls? Why does he need to make up with her family? They're done.
The reason I really don't like her is that I don't respect her as a mother. She put this guy she hardly knew before her kids, wouldn't go to court for her son and bringing this man to live in a house with her teenage daughters when he's closer to their age. For all she knew he could have been a rapist or child molester. Then your stuff is getting cut off but you have money to go to Tunisia, bring him over, pay the fees, and pay for that bootleg wedding? No. I really don't feel sorry for her because she likes the drama and she likes playing the victim and having people feel sorry for her. You can tell.

That's true, but she's dumb too. She should have asked for receipts.
He may want a "hot" woman on his arms. That's not Anfisa, imo, but he loves her. If it was merely superficial stuff he was liking about Anfisa, ie her looks, then he would be gone, because her crazy antics wouldn't keep any man for long.
OMG! The glee in Danielle's eye when she reports this lets me know that she still feels the tingles for Mo. She thinks he feels the same way too, but n'ah ckick, he's hustling to stay in this country.

Yes, Anfisa should have definitely asked for receipts before moving to a whole other country for a man. I don't think what Jorge has going on is love IMO, at least not real love. I think he's extremely infatuated and looks and some kitty-kat will make a man put up with a lot (being a pushover isn't love. You're just a pushover). He even used the words "stupidly obsessed"- that's infatuation, not love in my book. I think he wanted to use the money aspect to control her and the fact that he lied and hid all that stuff from her isn't real love to me especially when you know she's giving up everything based on your word. He wanted a hot girl (I don't she's hot either) he felt would submit to him. He has feelings for her but it isn't the healthy kind of love. Definitely nothing to make me ever be Team Jorge.

Dani is SO not over Mo. True that if she were she would want him out of her life. The drama with getting him deported keeps contact.
So true about her parenting skills. She chose to let her son get arrested and took Mo's side. Her poor daughters, living with all that drama. Maybe TLC should pay for therapy for all of them.

I can believe this with any other woman -- but Anfisa. There is no way! As dominant as Anfisa is, there is not an epsiode that goes by that we don't see her moving him over at every chance she gets. Jorge was using his money to appease Anfisa and keep her on layaway. There was no control on his part, as we all watch this trainwreck.
I have a soft spot for Jorge. I know he wanted a "hot" girl, but looks are what draw a lot of people to each other. I think once he saw that Walrus face beyotch it was all over for him, and since she gave him more attention than most atractive women, Jorge sees it as love.

OK, addressing your last paragraph first. Yes, she is a manipulator. Yes, she likes to pretend she's the victim. You can tell this through that fake ass smile of hers. She manipulates situations so that people will feel sorry for her and gang up on Mohamed in her defense when they don't have all the facts.
Is Mohamed innocent? Certainly not. I strongly feel that he did use her to come to this country and likely he thought he could deal with her long enough to get his Green Card, then divorce her, but he didn't count on her being crazy. So he left her, but again, didn't count on her being bat$h!t crazy. Further, any problems she has with her family is all because of her. That's not his fault. And she's a total hypocrite for attacking him because he's dating other people when SUPPOSEDLY she has somebody else too. She admitted this on camera. Funny though how we aren't seen this mysterious guy, right? So, I suspect she just said she has somebody else so that people won't think she's the loser she is and it has NOTHING to do with her looks or her size. She's a horrible person INSIDE and THAT is what matters, not her body image. If she was a genuinely nice (stable) person, she would be able to find someone legitimately.
Jorge and Anfisa... OY... lol. That situation is just a plain train wreck. He brought all this on himself, no doubt, but she's VERY naive. She may be chronologically 20, but psychologically/emotionally she's only about 17/18. She's a child. I just saw the preview for next week, and Jorge's sister totally called her out, lol. She said what I've been thinking, which is, "GROW UP!" The thing is though, Jorge is as much to blame. He's very insecure, and he lied to Anfisa. So while yes, I do think she's an uber bitch, I'm starting to come around to her side because of all his lies. He's totally whipped. Who wants a man like that? I didn't see the very beginning where he made negative comments about American women (according to someone's post in here), but perhaps the reason he couldn't get with American women wasn't because they're stuck up or bitchy, but maybe because they could see him for who he really is and want someone with a set of b*lls which he obviously doesn't have. Anfisa told him straight to his face that she wouldn't be with him if he wasn't as rich as he (claimed) is. And he married her anyway. So he has NOBODY to blame but himself. It will not surprise me if they get divorced. She has her Green Card, she doesn't need him and since there's no pre-nup AND they live in California, he can kiss his business goodbye. She is entitled to half of EVERYTHING of his. And at this point, I won't feel bad for him. I felt bad for him last year, but after learning about all his lies? Sympathy is completely gone.
Then there's Chantel and Pedro. I have a hard time believing any of their "secret" story from last season. It just doesn't jive to me. I believe they love each other, I just don't believe that the parents didn't already know.
As for Loren and Alexi, I really do hope they work things out but he either doesn't express himself properly because of the language barrier, but at the same time, he is very rigid in his views and it's like he expects his wife to be some 1950s June Cleaver or something. Those days are gone, sorry.

I believe Loren can speak Alexi's language. She was in Israel for a while and that's where she met him. Barring that, I don't think there's a language barrier. His message is clear to me. He is very rigid and doesn't compromise. I do agree that he wants some type of June Cleaver, and I don't think they are a good match.
