To be honest, I don't think that Connor has ever been his "real" self with Oliver (I keep calling him Simon for some reason, lol. He just looks like a Simon to me). I don't think age-wise he's too young to settle down, but I do think sometimes emotionally Connor is too young to settle down. He gets way too up in arms over certain things which he should be able to let go of but can't. He also sometimes focuses on the wrong things (and here is where I'm delving into the current season). Like what happened between him and Annalise this past Thursday. She finally put him in his place and he's already looking as though he can't handle it. He doesn't want to be babied by people but then he needs to stop acting like one. I just think he has a lot of growing up to do still.
