Wouldn't it be pretty much kidnapping what he did to a Conner? Locking Conner up in some dungeon with no access to a lawyer and telling no one where he is especially with a missing person report filed already. If he hadn't of let Conner go wouldn't he have been in a heap of trouble and any confession from Conner be thrown out of court in a second? Seemed a bit far fetched to me even for this show.

Yeah. I found it difficult to fathom how the D.A. would have been able to pull that off. It was like Conner was in his office, then he was magically spirited away to some sub-par third world looking dungeon seeming place somewhere. The office staff upstairs, meanwhile, didn't convey the impression that anything had just gone down, when the friends went up there looking for Conner. That whole part of Conner disappearing, and how it was gone about, seemed unbelievable to me. I mean, it was certainly dramatically effective. Just seemed overall incredible.
