He's human for sure but maybe his memory loss is fake. I guess he's too smart and very good amnesia faker. We will see I just feel it.

I agree. I think he, at least, has been faking it since the memory cure was administered if not always. See how Liv had the enhanced flashes from the drug soaked brain? That's a clue from the writers. Blaine's in love.
