I think Earth-2 metahumans work on a different moral barometer than Earth-1 metahumans. It seems Earth-2’s doppelgangers were all seedy: Ronnie, Killer Frost, Cisco, Black Canary, and so on. Even Joe was a drunken musician. Earth-2’s Barry was feckless.
