The Ganggreen Gang gets hold of the Mayor's hotline to the Powerpuff Girls and makes prank calls, sending the Girls on a wild goose chase all over town. However, when it's the notorious villain's Mojo Jojo, Fuzzy, and Him that the gang disturbs, they learn the price of making prank calls.

Mojo Jojo creates the ultimate weapons against the Powerpuff Girls. They're Brick, Boomer, and Butch: The Rowdyruff Boys, male equivalents. When regular fighting doesn't work against the Boys, the Girls have to use their feminine wiles to seal a victory.

The Professor throws the girls a birthday party, but when every villain finds out about it they try to ruin the party.

To pooped out from fighting crime all the time the Powerpuff Girls create a 4th Powerpuff Girl named Bunny.

After some inspiration from their favorite comics Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup try to become better heroes.

When the Mayor rewards the Powerpuff Girls with candy for saving the day the girls ask Mojo to commit more crimes, so they can get more candy.

Buttercup smashes Bubbles's chalk when her drawings cover the playground's blacktop. An angry Bubbles is given magic chalk by Him (disguised as a butterfly) and encouraged to express her anger in her drawings.

A new neighbor named Robin tries to make friends with the Powerpuff Girls, but its hard when they have to save the day all the time. Robin gets sad and makes a new friend: Princess Morebucks.
