Extra Details: Hello! This episode was not aired anywhere else outside of Asia. Since TMDB uses the Western seasons subdivision , this episode should be removed from season 21 in order to avoid confusion. Indeed, from the official Pokemon TV site , season 21 has 48 episodes and not 49 as now appears on TMDB. Please check it at https://www.pokemon.com/us/pokemon-episodes/pokemon-tv-seasons/season-21/. If removed, the following episode numbers should be updated accordingly. Thanks a lot for your support. Alex

Our TV guidelines state that episodes should follow the original airing order. So the current seasons are incorrect (they will eventually be merged) and the episode should absolutely not be moved to the specials.
