You can tell that she feels for the small guy and really hates big businesses like Mesa Verde, she is willing to go along with Jimmy as long as it benefits towards something greater and not just generate money. I think she was taken back by Jimmy's outburst because as she stated, she was the one that stood beside him and bailed him out from all his failures. I think she is trying to go legit with her legal career and is giving Jimmy one last chance to redeem himself and get back into the legal field to be a credible lawyer, as we know, it doesn't work because she is not mentioned in BB, if she doesn't bolt in the final episode of the season, they will definitely set her up to leave by the end of next season.
