I don't know what it is about this show but I seem to be hooked on slow paced, nothing really happening angle. e.g. in the latest episode I'm sitting watching Mike smoothing off concrete (... again!) then I'm watching Jimmy slowly painting his shop window, in what could be described as a painful slow manner.

I should really be be switching off yet somehow I find it in some way almost mesmerising! It's a bit like when I used to watch Italian football back in the 90s, utterly dull yet compelling...
