I really liked it and flew by too quickly. Just love this show.
What do you think Jimmy was thinking when Howard opened up about the insurance rates and that he (Howard) thinks he drove Chuck to kill himself? Jimmy smiled as he put the fish food in, but I thought he would have blamed himself as he pointed out to the insurance firm about Chuck.

"Sneaky Pete. Fine lighthearted time pass show. I would watch S2 if they made it." I'm on E5 of season 2. did you mean S3? Season 2 is good, but not as good as S1, although it's heating up pretty good. no spoilers from me

I actually thought the 1st episode dragged a little. especially the first 5-10 minutes. I did like Jimmy's reaction when he heard what Howard said. But, knowing attorneys, I can't believe any attorney would open themselves up to a potential lawsuit, especially with a witness (Kim) in the room. That was a little far fetched for me. I enjoyed Mike doing his job as a security consultant better. He was like, I'm not just going to take that kind of money without actually doing the job...It will be interesting to see how they tie Mike and Jimmy stories together

Maybe that's the real reason Jimmy was
.
But seriously, it's not as if Jimmy or Kim would want to open themselves up to litigation/disbarment/S-storm that could possibly rain down if the true extent of Jimmy's involvement (her complicity?) was revealed. After all, if Jimmy brought any kind of lawsuit, no doubt Hamlin would haul in the insurance group reps to tell their tale.
Even so, I agree with you--no attorney would admit (especially in front of a witness) even the possibility of liability.

I figured Jimmy saw this as his "out". Let Howard take the blame for the suicide, and now Jimmy's home free to start his new life, which is to do just what Chuck said- just admit that's he's a hustler and live that life.
