Jimmy seems to think so. That's why he attacked his brother's character during the trial rather than just taking his punishment without a fight.

Well upholding or breaking the law has no impact on whether a person is "good". Laws can be unjust. Sometimes, to be a "good" person, you have to break the law. Laws are not morals.

Good point. As much of an a$$hole as Chuck is, he is completely right about Jimmy. Although Chuck's motivation is petty and based in jealousy and resentment, and not really about the law.
