You seem like a smart bunch of folks, and this show does it a lot, but when he says to francesca, "sorry this isn't an average week around here." We all know that might be the least stressful week she'll expierence as his secretary. This show makes having seen bb a constant reward. It's the show that keeps on giving and I love it. Thank god vince gilligan stayed on as a writer. He is always humble in interviews, giving everyone credit and I'm not sure how many writers crossed over. But he is a big thread in the quality of these shows.

Vince is great at creating dynamic characters. Chuck is an interesting character. There is so much more to Chuck than meets the eye. His feelings of inadequacy is what motivates his behavior and his career. It's sibling rivalry at its finest. But this last episode really showed his cruel nature with how he's dealing with Jimmy. I think that Jimmy deserves mercy for his actions. Chuck knew that he was wrong for taking Mesa Verde from Kim. I believe that Chuck did it to hurt Jimmy because Jimmy found someone to love and Kim just got in the crossfire.

I'm with you. Chuck may never say anything, but his endgame has always been to separate Jimmy and Kim. He just assumed disbarment would do it.

To me him getting jimmy disbarred is logical when he revealed how he really felt about jimmy becoming a lawyer. He will always be slipping jimmy in chucks eyes. He doesn't think jimmy is worthy of the title. That was how the rivalry started. I actually predicted that those were always his true motives before it was revealed. If jimmy was smart he'd have chuck commited. Remember the doctor at the hospital in season 1 told him there is recourse for having him commited?
