1) It's a guess, but I said one of Gus' henchmen, maybe Victor or a Victor-like person...

2) In a commercial preview, it seemed to suggest that Chuck is going to take Jimmy to court..

1) I think it's clear after S3E1 that Mike knows who it is. I think he'll get them in the end.

2) That's the big question going forward. While it very well may end up in court, Jimmy and his shenanigans will prevail. If he doesn't then we wouldn't have Saul Goodman.
