I was about to make a report about this as well. I don't know if an IMDB episode page link is enough proof of an incorrect episode title so here's an archived copy of the episode website that shows the correct title is Extract and Defend.

I found again « Extract and Defend » on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/SETI/dp/B00X3J42RC/ref=mp_s_a_1_6? dchild=1&keywords=halt+and+catch&qid=1611645141&s=instant-video&sr=1-6 but I don't know if that is enough as a source.
