They don't air as single 11 minute episodes on US TV. You're following an inaccurate listing.

In many cases, they either air paired with an old episode that has already been broadcasted before, or air as a single 11 minutes episode. The complete broadcast of this series in the United States is available here.

If this was truly a US based show, why would new eps air in Canada first? The wiki you're using as your source of truth even says it's a Canadian show.
"Paw Patrol is a Canadian animated television series created by Keith Chapman. It is produced by Spin Master Entertainment, with animation provided by Guru Studio. In Canada, the series is primarily broadcast on TVOntario, which first ran previews of the show in August 2013. The series premiered on Nickelodeon in the United States on August 12, 2013."
What about adding those episodes? Why aren't they listed with the info they have already?

These episodes can be added at the end of the list with an empty date.
The date will be added and the episodes eventually reordered once they are broadcasted on Nickelodeon.
Because no user did it until now.

How do you reconcile your admitted source of truth as saying it's a Canadian show that aired previews of the show first on Canadian TV, but you list it by the US air dates?

The show is produced by Spin Master in association with TVOKids and Nickelodeon. Consequently, this is a Canada and United States show.
It premiered on August 12, 2013 in the United States on Nickelodeon (As per our rules, we don't take previews in account). Consequently, the origin network is Nickelodeon.

Your own source of truth says it's a Canadian show.

The on-screen credits indicate that it is produced in association with Nickelodeon. This is the main source of truth.

The company that produces it does not dictate the country of origin. Do movies filmed in foreign countries become foreign films? Then most of the movies released in the US are foreign. Your logic is flawed and again, it's contradictory to say it's a US show when your source of truth says it's Canadian. Explain to me the logic in that.

The origin is determined by the production companies.
You are making a confusion between the place they are filmed and the production companies.
As already indicated above :
The show is produced by Spin Master in association with TVOKids and Nickelodeon. Consequently, this is a Canada and United States show.
It premiered on August 12, 2013 in the United States on Nickelodeon (As per our rules, we don't take previews in account). Consequently, the origin network is Nickelodeon.
These are facts and can't be discussed. Closing here.
