Do you have an official proof that this title has been used for the first broadcast in a German speaking country ?
The title card available here indicate the title "Der kleine Raumfahrer".
Fernsehserien.de list it under the main title "Der kleine Raumfahrer" and indicating "Der Affen-naut" as an alternate title, but doesn't have any mention of a "Der Affonaut" title.

Sorry, you can ignore my problem. I was only relating to what they say in the episode in the German translation.
