For non-English languages this frame is primary one, which results in showing it as episode poster. For Plex it means that user wil need to manually adjust episode poster.
Why were those frame created? Why not for each episode? Why “No language”?
Images without any title, text or logos are always set to No Language. If you check pretty much any series, you should notice that No Language images are the norm:
I really can't delete good images without a valid reason. I guess your only options are to keep it as it is, to manually edit those episodes in Plex or to try find good No Language images for all the other episodes.
