The episode S04E11 already exists as a special S00E09 - Election Special.

The episode is a special, confirmed by the wiki page, and should be treated as such.

I assume it was incorrectly added as S04E07, causing the original episodes 7-10 to be incorrectly labeled as 8-11. I have made the following changes:

• Episodes 8-11 moved to 7-10 -Since I was unable to remove the duplicate special, I moved it to S04E11
