Did Mad Meg deliberately lead her Group there to be slaughtered?

Her Siegfried & Roy story & tigers story made it seem as if she knew that someone was on their way to wipe them out.

Is that why Evie ran outside to look…because she understood the parallel in the story?

Watching Meg is enough to send chills through your body. Here she is just calmly standing there smoking and smirking while all her peacefully-sleeping-followers are about to get blown to bits!
