讨论 Hey Arnold!

The original show is an average of 20 minutes long and is a combination of 2 mini-episodes. The way it's listed on this site, each mini-episode is treated as one full episode. Paramount Plus (which houses the original show) and IMDB have the episodes listed correctly: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0115200/episodes/?season=1

I quote our segments rules : "For kids cartoon with two or three distinct stories (segments) per half-hour, each episode should be split so that each segment is an episode. For example, "Going the Extra Milo / Sunny Side Up" should be two episodes. The main reason for splitting the segments is that segments are often released individually and/or paired with a different segment in subsequent releases."

Yes, I read the guideline posted here: https://www.themoviedb.org/bible/tv/59f743289251416e71000037

Are there no exceptions to this rule? Hey Arnold! episodes appear in different orders, but the same two segments are paired together regardless of episode order. It's listed this way in multiple sites:

Paramount + (which is home to the original series): https://www.paramountplus.com/shows/hey-arnold/

Apple: https://tv.apple.com/us/show/hey-arnold/umc.cmc.18b7jne50uoflf5duv01q8m1c

This site is the only one that has this show listed with split segments. I also see that the same rule applies to Anime, but there are exceptions:

An example of anime series with segment that shouldn't be split is Aho-Girl. While the episode are composed of multiple segments, they are listed as regular episodes on the official website. Each episode has a single title and description.

No.

Hey Arnold! episodes appear in different orders, but the same two segments are paired together regardless of episode order. It's listed this way in multiple sites:

They currently always appear like that, but that doesn't mean that in the future they will not be separated or paired differently.

This site is the only one that has this show listed with split segments.

Each site has its own set of rules.

I also see that the same rule applies to Anime, but there are exceptions:

An example of anime series with segment that shouldn't be split is Aho-Girl. While the episode are composed of multiple segments, they are listed as regular episodes on the official website. Each episode has a single title and description.

They are cases where the episodes are split in multiple video segments, but there is one single title and overview per episode. For example, the first episode of Aho-Girl has one single title "She's Here! Aho Girl!", even if the video itself is split in multiple segments.

Here, on the other side, each segment has its own title and own overview.

So, basically not changing the way this site show the episodes, even tough the rest of streaming sites shows it differently, is because you have to be right. This decisions makes basically useless the info here, from season 2 onward there are not even backdrops for the episodes.

This is a shame to be honest, because at the end of the day this is a service that is constantly growing thanks to the users, but this kind of answers just don't help, you have the solution in front of you but you simply don't want it because you don't want to be wrong.

It's what it is tough, you're the boss.
