Are you talking about season two or three?

I don't have a definitive answer but:

• Neither RTE (episode guide, press) nor the BBC seem use them. The episodes are simply named Episode 1, Episode 2, Episode 3, Episode 4, Episode 5 & Episode 6.
• The current titles-- Walk the Line, One Named Peter, It's Always Darkest, Strangler, The Fall & In Summation-- were added in later 2014. A couple of articles, reviews, fansites, IMDb, Spoiler TV etc. also use(d) them. I'm not quite sure where they come from, but @WardenclyffeTower might know.
  
• These Troublesome Disguises, Night Darkens the Street, Beauty Hath Strange Power, The Mind is its Own Place, The Perilous Edge of Battle & What Is in Me Dark Illumine are the titles used by Amazon and Netflix. I did not find any evidence these titles were used in 2014.

I think if RTE and the BBC only used Episode 1, etc. as the titles when the episodes were originally broadcast, then we might have to change them...

I came here to report the same problem. Amazon Prime is where I am currently watching it and the titles for the episodes match IMDB and Wikipedia. The BBC page lists them only as Episode 1, Episode 2, etc.. The Fandom page lists the titles as they are seen here on TMDB. ETA: Many shows from other countries do not use "titles" for their episodes but instead just use Episode 1 etc.. I believe this makes it hard to actually figure out the real titles.
